The medical coding change will be far-reaching enough to affect just about anyone who deals with a patient’s chart, from billing and admitting staffers to physicians.

Works by local artists Jacqueline Adamo, Kathleen Deep and Nicora Gangi will be displayed at the Upstate Cancer Center’s first free, public Guest Artist Gallery Showing and Art Tour Thursday, Aug. 20 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the cancer center’s 750 E. Adams St., Syracuse location. The event includes talks by the featured artists and a tour of the gallery’s quality art.
