Tina Passett, MHA, RN, CNML has been appointed chief experience officer, effective Sept. 5. Passett has served as nurse manager for orthopedics/bariatrics at the Community Campus since 2011. Her successes as a nurse manager include achieving Upstate’s highest Press Ganey scores for patient satisfaction, RN engagement scores that outperformed the national benchmark, high RN retention and quality. In her new role, Passett will oversee the office of patient experience, Spiritual Care and Volunteer Services. Passett holds a her master’s degree in healthcare administration from Ohio University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Keuka College.
