In one month, with the support of family and friends, Nimeh raised $8,000 for the Center for Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders at Upstate Cancer Center and 11G at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. Touched by recent cancer diagnoses among his patients and friends, Nimeh sought to raise money for the purchase of items and activities that will bring children comfort during treatments and difficult hospitalizations.
