On Point for College selected for Upstate’s Your Cause sponsorship for 2017

Team Upstate will provide On Point for College with volunteer, promotional and sponsorship support throughout the year.

Upstate Medical University students gather on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Jan. 16, to make 1,500 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, which were donated to the Rescue Mission, Meals on Wheels, and the Samaritan Center. The event was billed as a competition among the learning communities in the College of Medicine. The record for making the most sandwiches in the shortest amount of time went to the Cayuga Learning Community.
