Upstate’s Organizational Training and Development will offer this Situational Leadership class to campus leaders who seek an opportunity to enhance their leadership skills. Participation in both days is required. Situational leadership is an approach to partnering with employees so they are able to develop to their fullest potential where they are both confident in being able to do good work and enthusiastic about the outcome.
