“Into the Wild”: Psychoanlytic Reformulations will be presented by Michael Miller PhD., Upstate Medical University; Derek Hook, PhD., Duquesne University; and Calum Neill, Ph.D., Edinburgh Napier University. Presentation will examine behaviors of Christopher McCandless, whose 1992 expedition into the Alaskan wilderness was popularized in the movie Into the Wild.

Hot Topics in Adolescent and Young Adult Health and Behavior will be held May 30 at 9:30 a.m. in the Performance Center at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. Topics include human trafficking and exploitation in Onondaga County, updates in sexual history and sexually transmitted infection screening in adolescents, PrEP, PEP and HIV prevention in youth.
